Coffee Concentrate

  • 4 C cold water
  • 1/3 C Coffee Grounds
  • (put into 3 coffee bags)
  1. Cover pot and put on low heat
  2. Heat till liquid starts to simmer
    (about 30-60 minutes)
    DO NOT bring to a boil
  3. Cover pot and turn off heat
  4. Let cool about two hours
  5. Decant into bottle and refrigerate
  6. Keeps for about two weeks



Liquid Coffee

Fill coffee cup to about ¼
Fill remainder with water
Heat for 1½ – 2 minutes
Add sugar, cream, etc.

For Jack, fill ½ with concentrate
then fill remainder with water.
