When you are finished cooking meat, let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting. This will let the juices be reabsorbed into the cooked meat.

When cutting something that oozes out the sides when you cut it (like lasagna or a sandwich) use a sharp knife and cut first with the point straight down, then angled a bit, then finally with the knife flat on the cutting board. Your slices will look perfect, with little ooze coming from the sides.
