Blue Cheese Beef Steak

2 cube steaks (high quality)
2 TBL crumbled bleu cheese
2 TBL finely chopped red onion

1. Preheat broiler
2. In skillet, brown cube steaks to your liking
3. Blot off grease and place in broiler pan.
4. Top each steak with bleu cheese and onion
5. Put under broiler for a few minutes
