Carnitas Sliders
Pork shoulder
Braise and shred

Jalapeño cilantro sauce with Green chilies, mayo

Sauce
Sauté slivered onion, dried guajillo chilies
2 C water
1 Modelo or dark beer
Cumin, salt, pepper
Simmer 15 minutes
Pour into blender

Tortilla
4 C Flour
Merest sprinkle of baking powder
2 tsp Salt
1 C Water
1/2 C Crisco Vegetable shortening
Mix . Ball . Set aside 5 minutes
Flatten on floured surface

Heat on dry cast iron skillet
Top w queso Oaxaca cheese and shredded meat
Fold over and brown on both sides
Serve with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, queso fresco, jalapeños,
