All Classes – Summary

BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE CLASSES – – – We will start with some tips and tricks that you will be able to use across many recipes.  All students will have their own hot plate and their own skillet to prepare some of these meals.  They can choose to sample them here or take them home.  “To go” containers will be provided.

Beginner Class

  • Bread Pudding
  • Drop Biscuits
  • Smoothies
  • Farina
  • Banana Bread
  • Cheese Omelets – Chorizo, ham and cheese, veggie
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Poached Eggs
  • Pancakes – Blueberry, banana, etc
  • Polenta (corn meal mush)
  • Oatmeal
  • Hash Browns
  • French Toast
  • Super Duper Egg Sandwich

Intermediate Class

  • English Muffins
  • Breakfast Pizza
  • Crepes
  • Blueberry Muffins
  • Bagels
  • Breakfast Empanadas
  • Eggs Benedict ( Hollandaise Sauce )
  • Quiche / Frittata
  • English Popovers
  • Opened Face Breakfast Sandwich
  • Biscuits and Sausage Gravy
  • Lemon Curd or Custard
  • Pancake Premix
Class size is limited to six students, which will be grouped in similar skill levels.
Cost per student will be $95 for the first class, and $80 for each subsequent class.
All equipment and food stuffs will be included.
Students are welcomed to bring their own knives and equipment.
Students should choose four of the recipes listed as part of registration.
We will prepare at least six (but as many as possible) of the recipes chosen by the class.

Class will be approximately four hours.
Beginner Breakfasts are on the Second Saturday starting at 9 am.
Intermediate Lunches are on the Second Saturday starting at 1 pm.
Holiday Special Classes are on the Third Saturday, and start at 10 am.
Intermediate Breakfasts are on the Fourth Saturday starting at 9 am.
Beginner Lunches are on the Fourth Saturday starting at 1 pm.
Kid Cooking classes are offered on the Fifth Saturday of the month, and start at 10 am. VIEW CLASS CALENDAR
