Butterscotch Sauce

1 cu light brown sugar
4 tbl water
½ cu light corn syrup
¼ cu sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:
Heat-stir constantly
Add 6 tabs butter, turn off heat as soon as butter melts, ¼ cu sweetened condensed milk.

Special Steps:
Cool some before serving
