Most people know this as Tzatziki.  Greek yogurt sauce, but the Turks say the Greeks stole it from them.

  • 1 tsp EVOO
  • pinch of salt

Step by Step

    (ALT: Grate cucumber)
  3. Add yogurt and spices
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Fold in cucumbers
  6. OPT: Mix in some crumbled feta cheese
  7. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors
  8. Serve cold with a dusting of mint on top.

Notes We’ve always said “Kay Sick,” but when visiting in Istanbul, we were told that the proper way to say this is “Jay Jick”
