Cantonese Pork

1 ½ LB pork cut into strips
2 TBS oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
4 oz canned mushrooms, drained
8 oz tomato sauce
2 TBS vinegar
3 TBS brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce

1. Brown pork in oil
2. Put into crock pot and add remaining ingredients
3. Cook 6-8 hours on low
4. Serve over rice
