Chantilly Cream

Basically whipped cream and bourbon.

  • 1 C heavy whipping cream
  • 1 TBL granulated sugar
  • 2 TBL bourbon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Put ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and beat until soft peaks begin to form.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
