Chicken Soup Leg, breast pieces, thigh pieces, wing Cover with cold water and put on heat Bring to a boil Reduce to simmer, and skim off fat Cover and cook 30 minutes Add celery, onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaves Cook 30 minutes Add thyme sprigs Cook 30 minutes Strain out pieces Retain broth and return to pot Add fresh celery, onion, carrot, garlic, chives Cook 30 more minutes Shred meat and return to pot Add vermicelli noodles Stir in two beaten eggs Top with parsley Robert@RobertAndrews.NET
