Chicken Sous Vide

Chicken breast
Olive oil
Thyme
Garlic
Sea salt
Butter
Grape seed oil
rosemary

Dip breast in oil, sprinkle w/thyme, salt & rosemary. Seal into bag (suck out all air) boil @ 200 for 30 min

Sauté in butter
