Chimichuri Sauce

INGREDIENTS and STEP BY STEP

  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 TBL Dried bell – minced
  • 1 radish – julienne strips
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Scallions – minced
  • Lemon zest
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • White vinegar
  • Evoo

Suggested use

  • Mix together all of the above
  • Oil and season a chicken breast.
  • Grill chicken breast for about 60 seconds each side.
  • Spread chimichuri sauce on top and serve
