FIFTH SATURDAY – – – This class is designed for children from age 8 through age16 and will give your child the skills that will serve him or her for the rest of their lives.  Parents are required to attend, and will be served coffee and pastries if they choose not to watch the class.  Parents are welcomed to watch (but not participate) in the classes.  We will start with basic kitchen skills and safety tips and tricks so that the class will be injury free.  Children will be using sharp knives, but will be taught the skills necessary for such exposure.  All students will have their own hot plate and their own skillet to prepare these meals.  They can choose to sample them here or take them home.  “To go” containers will be provided.

Class size is limited to six students, which will be grouped in similar skill levels.
Cost per student will be $95 for the first class, and $80 for each subsequent class.
All equipment and food stuffs will be included.
Students are welcomed to bring their own knives and equipment.
Students should choose four of the recipes listed as part of registration.
We will prepare at least six (but as many as possible) of the recipes chosen by the class.

Class will be approximately four hours.
Beginner Breakfasts are on the Second Saturday starting at 9 am.
Intermediate Lunches are on the Second Saturday starting at 1 pm.
Holiday Special Classes are on the Third Saturday, and start at 10 am.
Intermediate Breakfasts are on the Fourth Saturday starting at 9 am.
Beginner Lunches are on the Fourth Saturday starting at 1 pm.
Kid Cooking classes are offered on the Fifth Saturday of the month, and start at 10 am. VIEW CLASS CALENDAR
