Classic Corn Bread

2/3 cu yellow corn meal
1/4 C AP flour
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 C water
3/4 C buttermilk
1 egg – beaten

Instructions:
Whisk together dry ingredients
Combine wet ingredients: 1/3 cu water, ¾ cu buttermilk, 1 beaten egg
Combine above ingredients – DO NOT OVERMIX
Bake in greased baking pan at 350 degrees for an hour
Turn out of pan immediately.
