Cole Slaw

Cabbage
2 tbl sugar
2 tbl rice vinegar (non seasoned)
1 tbl grey poupon or deli mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 cu plain yogurt
garlic powder
all spice
basil
oregano
cayenne pepper
dill ½ minced red pepper
½ purple onion

Slice cabbage thinly, float in ice water and salt 15 min, drain. Mix ingredients with cabbage and let set 24 hours in frig.
