Title of Recipe: Couscous

1 CU couscous
1 TBL olive or peanut oil
1 radish (diced)
6 peanuts (crushed)
1 TBL parsley (dried)
1 cherry tomato (diced)
1 chives (diced)
8 yellow raisins (coarsely chopped)
fond – remains of fried pork chop

1. Cook couscous
2. Add remaining ingredients and toss
