Panko Chicken

Melt together Butter and shaved garlic and cook only three minutes
Meanwhile Mix Parm reg cheese, Finely Chopped thyme, basil, rosemary, parsley
Dump butter over top of spice mixture
Toss mixture with Panko bread crumbs and set aside

Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Evoo on chicken
Salt and pepper chicken
Squirt with dijon and slather
Dredge in bread crumbs . Top only

Cook at 400° – about 10-20 minutes
