(1) Filet mignon
(2) olive oil
(3) garlic
(4) salt
(7) vegetables
(5) cream de cacoa
(6) Madera wine
(8) hot sauce
green onion
cilantro
tomato’s
avocado
tortillas
beans

(1) slice thin, (2) sauté meat, (3)(4)(5) & (6) to flavor, (7) add sauté vegetables, (8) serve & top w/green onions, cilantro and tomato, guacamole, beans and corn tortillas.

    You can use flank steak or skirt steak for fajitas. Marinate them overnight, and cook them on high heat for only 3 to 4 minutes per side. Cut them very thinly against the grain.
