Garlic Paste

  • Peel cloves from three entire heads of garlic
    – Hint: Here is a video of how to peel garlic very quickly
  • Soak garlic in a bowl of water for thirty minutes
  • Dry the garlic thoroughly
  • Toss and saute in 2 TBL olive oil until browned
  • Continue cooking and carmelize with a splash of balsamic vinegar
