Golden Gazpacho

1 tbl yellow bell
1 tbl cilantro
1 tbl chives
1 tbl red bell
1 tbl jalapeno
1 tbl mango
1 tbl golden tomatoes
1 tbl roma tomato
1 tbl cucumber
¼ cu lemon juice
olive oil
Chaloula sauce
¾ cu orange juice
1 tbl sugar

Chop/dice all vegetables. Add 1 tbl sugar and chunks of avocado. Toss in ¼ cu lemon juice, 2 tbl olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Add 1 tbl chalua sauce and ¾ cu orange juice.

Special Steps:
Top with avocado
