Grandma’s Vegetable Dip

  • One large steamed bowl of greens * chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBL ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper and paprika to taste


Serve with pita chips, corn chips, or sliced French loaf

* Any kind of greens will work for this. Spinach will be more traditional. I used Collar Greens this particular time.

This is listed under Appetizers, but I added three hot wings (heated in the microwave) and this became dinner.
