Green beans and Onion

Ingredients
1 small onion (sliced very thin)
1-2 CU julienned green beans

Instructions
1. Saute onion in 1 TBL olive oil
2. Cook green beans in salt water from cold to boil, then remove and strain
3. Toss both together
4. Plate and top with EVOO
