Guilt-Free Topping

Ingredients
1 CU plain lowfat yogurt
1 TBL sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
2. Chill at least 1/2 hour before using
3. Spread on top of strawberries, French toast, apple pie… almost anything
