Pork, beef, chicken, or oter protein

Green onion Or other vegetables finely chopped maybe cabbage

Salt, pepper, mirin or Rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, ginger

Sauté everything together . Everything except spices
Add ginger sugar and soy Around edge
Add oil to be outside
Add sake

Use wonton wrapper and place 1 tablespoon filling in center
Use flour water mixture to moisten the edge
Fold over opposite corners join
Press gently and then secure with times of a fork

Bring oil up to 380° for Frying

Try to get cottonseed oil from an Asian market
