Anchovy Paste Vinagrette

1 clove garlic
1 anchovie
Red pepper flakes
Balsamic vinegar

Line plate with sliced heirloom tomatoes
Toss in other varied tomatoes
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Drizzle with vinagrette
Slices of prochuto
Basil leaves
Ricotta or goat cheese crumbles

Use as dinner centerpiece
