Honeycomb (Sponge Candy)

Honey
Corn Syrup
Water

Sugar into middle, but not on the sides or it could crystalize

Turn to high heat and step away
At 300° pour in 3 TBL Baking Soda
Stir with spatula
Pour onto silicon pad for about 15 minutes
