Hot Seafood Canape

Use a fresh loaf of French bread for these appetizers.
Cut into 1/4 inch medallions, and lightly toast.

2/3 C crabmeat or clams
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 C cream cheese – softened
2 tsp white wine
1 TBL minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and spread onto your bread medallions.
For plating, top each with a leaf of cilantro.
