Meat Lettuce Wraps
Sear 80/20 ground beef and pork in peanut oil over high heat
Spoon out some of the excess fat into bowl and set aside
Set meat aside
Add Onion
Add garlic
Add soy, rice vinegar, chili oil, hoisen, pickled ginger
Add Water chestnuts, scallions, a few drops of sesame oil
Add back in meat and stir to combine
Spoon onto butter lettuce leaves
