Modify Sous Vide
Add to grandpa Cook’s

Cook chicken leg at 165 for 6 hours
cook chicken breast at140 for

Brown in skillet on high till browned

Create glaze with juices
Garlic, sage, rosemary, maple syrup, butter
Brush over browned meat
