No Flour Oatmeal Pancakes

1 C instant or rolled oats
1 C cottage cheese or yogurt
2-3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Optional things to add:
– banana
– sweet potato
– flax seed

Blend all very well and pour onto griddle.
You don’t have to worry about over-processing, because there is no gluten.
