Onion (cut onion lengthwise)
Olive oil
Gruyere
Crutons
Parmesan cheese
Cherry wine

Sweat onion in olive oil to caramelize, add gruyere, crutons, parmesan and cherry wine. Blend, return to pot and simmer. Top w/sour cream, torch to met & brown.

Garnish with crisp onions
