Pan Poached Eggs

Bring a medium sized pan to a full boil.
Add a quarter cup each Apple cider vinegar and salt
Reduce heat so that it is a light summer.
Using a spoon, stir the water to create a vortex in the center.
Carefully slide the eggs into the center of the vortex
Let it cook for the desired period of time, and then use a slotted spoon to remove to set atop an English muffin
Egg on the left was cooked for 2 1/2 minutes, and has a fully runny yolk.
Egg on the right was cooked for three minutes, and has a soft yolk that is only slightly runny.
