Night before: start white beans soaking

Garlic, Rosemary, Chopped raw bacon
Emulsify
Render in hot oil in a cooking kettle
Carrots, onions . Blend
Add to cooking kettle
Salt, pepper
Move aside and put tomato paste on the hot spot
Toast tomato paste, then mix in
Bay leaves
Lots of boiling water . Make as soupy or thick as you prefer
Whole potatoes
Strained white beans
Simmer 1-2 hours . Use beans as your test point
Roughly mash the potatoes
Add salt
Add small elbow macaroni or ditalini pasta
Serve in 8-10 minutes
Top with grated parm cheese
