Pickling Vegetables

2 white wine vinegar
1 water
1 sugar

Mini Carrots, beets, turnip disks, cauliflower, pear onions, pimento,

Avoid green vegetables . Bleaches

Yes to firm

Blanche in boiling water with a splash of vinegar 2 minutes
Ice water 2 minutes

Spices
Red pepper seed, fennel seed, white mustard seeds, corriander seed, all spice, celery seed, black peppercorns

LAYER… Veggies, bay leaf, seasoning, repeat

Pour in boiling liquid
Close for at least 5 days
Store for up to a month
