Pide – Quick but Close

Ingredients

1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup yogurt or buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup lukewarm water, plus
1 tablespoon lukewarm water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

Combine, flatten with fingertips, cook about 2 minutes on each side

Note: Eating with utinsels is like making love through an interpreter.
