Pineapple Perfection

1 pineapple
granulated sugar


1. Cut pineapple into pieces
2. Roll pieces in sugar completely coating
3. Fry in butter for 5-8 minutes
4. Remove from pan and set aside to cool
5. Add water to deglaze the pan or create a topping sauce

OPT: Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon
