Potato – microwave

Ingredients

1 whole red or russett potato
butter

Instructions

1. Set potato on counter and find its most stable position.
2. Cut a thin slit along the top almost the entire length
3. Slather butter into slit
4. Wrap in moist cloth
5. Microwave 3 (red) through 4 (russett) minutes
6. Wrap in foil (shiny side in)
7. Unwrap and serve when the rest of the meal is ready.
