Puffed Rice

  1. To make your own puffed rice, preheat 1 TBL canola oil in a heavy pot
  2. Toss in 1/2 C any type of rice
  3. Stir rice to coat
  4. Heat rice – No need to cover
  5. When the grains burst open to reveal the light brown interior, they are done
