Toss the following in a bowl.
1 cup shredded cabbage (a piece about the size of a deck of cards)
1/4 pound coarsely chopped cooked corned beef (about 3/4 cups)
1/4 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
Thousand Island dressing to taste
Put onto a slice of a piece of rye bread, cover with another piece, and serve with a dill pickle spear.
I like to toss it, so that I end up with a consistent mixture throughout the entire sandwich… even the pieces that fall out onto the plate!
