Quick Root Veggie Bake

Lightly grease a large baking pan
Chop any of the following in the similar sized pieces:
Halved carrots, button or crimini mushrooms, butternut squash, broccoli, Halved Brussels sprouts
Sprinkle or top with oregano, thyme, Rosemary, Sage
Drizzle with olive oil and salt
Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes
