1 lb salmon

Cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 egg
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 C crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp GTP
Dash of Choloula
Form patties
Refrigerate 4 hours
Sauté 2-3 minutes each side
