Salsa Fresca – Base Recipe

3 medium tomatoes, diced
1/3 CU diced red onion
1 tsp minced fresh garlic (or to taste)
2 TBLSP chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 TBLSP chopped scallions
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch pepper


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Refrigerate.
