Scalloped Apples

2 green apples (quartered, deseeded, and sliced)
juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TBL brown sugar


1. Stir apples with lemon juice
2. Melt butter and combine will all other ingredients
3. Pour over top of apples
4. Bake 30 minutes
5. Serve with ice cream
