Sesame Spinach

1 LB fresh spinach
1 TBL Tamari soy sauce
1 TBL sesame oil
1 TBL garlic (minced)
1/4 CU rice wine
2 TBL brown sugar
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds


1. Mix all ingredients except spinach
2. Wilt spinach in HOT salted water for about 1 minute
3. Remove from heat and plunge into ice water
4. Toss with dressing
5. Plate with slices of oranges
