Soft boiled egg

Heat water to 190°
Gently add room temperature eggs
Turn off heat and cover and start timing
Time 4 minutes for soft-boiled egg,
Five minutes for medium boiled egg

Use toast strips to dip into egg

Serve with non-reactive spoon

Alternately, turn out into a small glass dish and serve with your toast
