Bake at 375° about 45 minutes
Mix with hot skillet of canned tomatoes/garlic mixture
Toss with kale
Put into serving dish
Top with mixture of toasted bread crumbs, parm cheese, parsley, toasted pine nuts, black pepper

Option . Broil 5 minutes

Acorn squash

Butternut squash . THICK NECK- all meat
. Thin necks, after peeling, are not as much meat
Peel . Piece . roast 25 minutes
