Spiced Cheese

Ingredients

1 LB cottage cheese – strain and pat dry with towel
2 TBL spiced butter (see recipe next page)
1 TBL Cayenne pepper (opt: milder Mexican chili pepper)
pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up the curds

Variations

You can use ‘Farmer’s Cheese’ instead of cottage cheese
