Stovetop Brisket

1 thick cut of beef
2 TBL vinagrette
2 TBL honey
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Whisk together three liquid ingredients to create marinate
2. Place beef with marinate into zip lock bag
3. Marinate beef for 1-3 hours
4. Place beef in skillet with marinate on lowest heat possible
5. Cook 1 hour
6. Flip beef several times recoating with marinate
7. Place uncooked side down and cook another hour
8. Flip beef several times recoating with marinate
9. Cook another 15 minutes
10. Plate and top with extra sauce
