Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Use whatever kind of mushroom caps you prefer, but make sure they are big enough to stuff.

Mix 1 egg, 1/4 C whole milk, 1/2 C ricotta, arugula, garlic, salt, pepper and EVOO

Stuff caps

Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes
