Sweet and sour pork belly

Sear pork belly cubes cut about 1x1x1/2

Deglaze pan with rice wine vinegar, pineapple pieces, sugar, ketchup
Reduce to syrup
Serve atop rice with puree broccoli and carrots
Garnish with micro greens
